This Privacy Policy describes how Ciergo ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Ciergo platform, our iOS applications, and this website. Ciergo is a property management platform providing tools for property managers, residents, and owners. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our practices.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Ciergo platform, we may collect:

  • Information you provide directly — such as when you contact us for support, submit a maintenance request, or complete onboarding tasks.
  • Anonymised usage data — aggregated analytics to understand how features are used. This data cannot identify you personally.
  • Crash reports — diagnostic data collected only if you have opted in via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is explicitly provided by you or required to deliver the service.

How We Use Information

Any information we collect is used solely to:

  • Operate and improve the Ciergo platform and applications
  • Respond to support and feedback requests
  • Facilitate property management workflows between residents, managers, and owners
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Ciergo may integrate with Apple-provided services such as iCloud, Sign in with Apple, or StoreKit. These are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not use third-party advertising networks or data brokers.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide our services or respond to your requests. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.

Children's Privacy

The Ciergo platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at admin@ciergo.app and we will delete it promptly.
