Delete your account

For apps operated by Ciergo LLC, including the 3 Options Realty resident app

You can ask for your app account and its personal data to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Fill out the form below, or email hello@ciergo.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request." Include the email address on your account and the app you use.
2. We'll confirm your identity by contacting the email address on your account.
3. We'll complete the deletion within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your app login and profile (name, email, phone)
• Messages, photos and uploads stored in the app
• Device and notification data

Backup copies are removed within a further 90 days.

What may be kept

Your property manager is required by law to keep certain tenancy records, such as leases, maintenance history and transaction records. They may keep these in their own systems for the period the law requires. Deleting your app account doesn't end your lease or change any obligation under it.
